CrossFit CrossHills is a strength and conditioning facility that develops individuals, teams and athletes to reach elite levels of fitness through constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. We are located in CrossHills, Yorkshire, in our warehouse, housing state of the art equipment. Our training methods produce undisputed, tangible results for all levels of fitness; from children to athletes and everything in between!

Our programme efficiently combines the most effective training methods of weightlifting, gymnastics and high intensity conditioning. We believe there isn’t a strength and conditioning program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of tools, modalities and drills. The community aspect of CrossFit is one of our greatest strengths. In our box there is no room for ego’s or bad attitudes, we are a supportive, positive group, eager to learn not just how to be fitter but be better people.
